Usually, relaxation and upping your energy means doing two completely different activities, but when you venture into the great outdoors, you might find both your Zen and an extra boost of energy.
Spending more time outdoors is a great way to be more active and de-stress at the same time.
Take a Natural Break
If you’ve got a big project at work, take a few extra minutes at lunch to visit a nearby park. Being around nature will help you relax when you need it most and you’ll come back to the office refreshed.
Pack the car and leave your hometown for a mental health day. This can mean a daylong hike or something more intense, such as a rock climbing. Both will give you a good workout and put you in a good mood. Do these trips every few weekends and you should notice a difference in your general energy levels.
Taking time go to the great outdoors will rejuvenate you and your skin… plus it will give you the energy you need to take on the day.
